Q: Where can I buy ASG products?
A: You can purchase ASG products from authorized retailers in the US and Canada, either online or in-store. Please visit our Dealer Locator Map to locate the retailer closest to you.
Q: Can I buy directly from ASG?
A: If you are a end-user/consumer, then no. We only wholesale to retailers, so you will need to find an authorized retailer to purchase our products. If you are a retailer and are looking to carry our products, please fill out our Dealer Application Form and our sales department will be in touch!
REPAIR, WARRANTY, & SPARE PARTS
Q: I am having issues with my ASG product, what do I do?
A: If you purchased your ASG product new from an authorized retailer, have not made any unauthorized modifications or disassembled it, and are within the warranty period, then you can contact our tech department for support.
Q: I want to return my ASG product, can I return it to you?
A: No, you will need to contact the retailer you purchased the product from for returns. Please keep in mind that every retailer will have their own return policy.
Q: I need to order a spare part for my ASG product, what do I do?
A: You will need to contact an authorized retailer and ask them to order the parts for you.
On each product page, there is an exploded diagram that has parts numbers listed. When you contact an authorized retailer, provide them with the product name and part number(s) you need.
Q: My product is out of warranty, can I still send it to you for repair?
A: We are unable to work on any of our products that are out of warranty, whether it is past the warranty period or the warranty was voided. You will need to find a technician service for out-of-warranty repairs.
Q: Do you have plans to make __________?
A: We don’t answer any questions regarding future product plans. Please follow our social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram for the latest news and updates.
Q: I saw on your social media page that you announced a new product, when will it be released and how much will it cost?
A: Please continue to keep an eye on our social media accounts for the latest news and updates on the product. Release date and pricing will be announced as the product is near ready to launch.
Q: I have an airsoft team/social media channel, will you sponsor me?
A: We do not offer sponsorships.
